The presence of this service is also inseparable from the challenges faced by grocery shop entrepreneurs. This is because they still have limitations in the variety of products offered, wholesale product prices that are not competitive, and reliable and cost-effective delivery services.

In addition, many of them are still doing manual stocking, so they need to close their shops. Therefore, these grocery shop actors must get adequate service support.

“Gojek’s inclusive and comprehensive technology solutions strengthen GoToko’s position to be the best platform for shop owners to meet the needs of providing the best service for customers,” said Gurnoor further.

Supported by the Gojek Ecosystem

According to Gurnoor, with the support of the Gojek ecosystem, GoToko services can come with reliable logistics services that can be arranged as needed. In addition, business actors can also monitor order history, track shipments, inventory management, and access sales and financial data.

GoToko also strives to continue to improve technological innovation so that it can increase additional income opportunities by utilizing products, services, and other Gojek members.

Currently, GoToko can be downloaded through the Play Store and provides various product categories. Starting from food, beverages, household needs, toiletries, beauty, and health, as well as baby needs from various manufacturers.

“GoToko’s services will support producers in increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of sales and marketing of newly launched products, opening up opportunities to utilize marketing channels and digital campaigns,” said Gurnoor.

“To become a new market research channel; promotion and marketing in accordance with targets, and reduce costs and increase efficiency in the operation of the general trade channel. This upstream to downstream relationship is expected to increase industrial progress,” he added. GoToko is also supported by Gojek’s logistics service, GoSend, to ensure timely delivery.
