Singapore E-commerce Shopee and Lazada Super Promotion for 11.11
Singapore-based e-commerce companies Shopee and Lazada are holding an 11.11 shopping festival in November. Shopee offers discounts of up to 50%, while Lazada provides vouchers of IDR 1.1 million. Lazada’s parent, Alibaba has held the 11.11 or Single’s Day festival since 2009.
The Chinese giant has scored several times a day’s gross merchandise value (GMV) record. Last year, for example, it reached 268.4 billion yuan or equivalent to IDR 538.5 trillion.
