A supply chain startup namely KlikDaily will empower traditional stalls to get easy access to consumer good products that are ready for sale. The CEO of KlikDaily, Amos Gunawan, said that his party had made efforts to simplify the distribution of consumer goods (Fast Moving Consumer Goods/FMCG).

By simplifying the FMCG, the company has made it easier for traditional stalls. In this case, KlikDaily integrates the activities of goods procurement, services, transportation, and stock inventory until it is delivered to the customer through the Integrated Supply Chain Management (ISMC).

“The service that we provide to the stalls is a mini ERP supported by ISCM. Here, we simplify the complex process through an application. Thus, the technology can be easily accepted in any circle and facilitate their businesses,” Gunawan explained.

The Benefits of KlikDaily for the Traditional Stalls

Several advantages will be received by the traditional stall partners in their business development. The advantages include guaranteed goods, stall development, and education related to business partners. According to Gunawan, until last August, it had thousands of partners spread across the Jakarta Metropolitan Area, Karawang, and Serang regions.

Moreover, KlikDaily is also ready to develop its business to Bandung, Yogyakarta, and other cities shortly. “We won’t stop fighting to advance SMEs, especially traditional stalls in Indonesia. In the near term, we will empower one million stalls,” he added.

Previously, the Government of Sleman Regency, Yogyakarta Special Region, through the Department of Industry and Trade (Disperindag) conducted a campaign called ‘Shopping at Neighboring Stalls’ to empower traditional shop owners. This campaign is in the form of lottery shopping prizes in selected 34 stalls in all districts of Sleman Regency.

According to the head of Sleman Regency’s Department of Industry and Trade, Tri Endah Yitnani, the campaign was an attempt by his party to empower traditional retail and shop owners. Thus, they can compete with modern stores. This campaign was actually initiated several years ago.

Meanwhile, KlikDaily lately has been selected as the favorite winner of the Indonesian VEI audience choice. The COO KlikDaily, Mariska Adriana, said that this competition had given her party to build wider networks. This way, it can help increase business scale with new standards.
